About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, responding to varying questions, issues, and concerns, and providing exceptional support and solutions to our diverse clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to all customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Work with confidential customer information and maintain the highest level of discretion and sensitivity
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues or concerns, and escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, and provide feedback on call issues to improve our services
  • Upsell or cross-sell products and services as required, and identify opportunities to promote our solutions and enhance customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with excellent keyboarding skills and accuracy
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems, with general knowledge of Windows-based systems and software applications
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • College degree preferred but not required, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or sector, with a strong understanding of the products and services we offer

Work from Home Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions. You will also need to have a reliable computer, internet connection, and other technology tools to perform your job duties. Specifically, you will need to meet the following internet requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
