Director/VP, Growth
This is a remote position.
The Director/VP, Growth will play a critical role at Snipp (title will depend on experience). This person owns the long-term value and revenue expansion of a portfolio of accounts including active clients, inactive clients, and previously churned customers with re-engagement potential. This person is responsible for strategically expanding each relationship through multi-solution adoption, multi-program roadmaps, and consultative business planning.
This is a senior, strategic sales role ideal for someone who thrives in enterprise relationship development, cross-functional planning, and identifying multi-million dollar growth opportunities within complex organizations.
What You’ll Do:
Account Growth & Revenue Expansion
• Own expansion revenue (upsell, cross-sell, renewals) across a defined book of accounts
• Develop strategic account plans that increase usage of Snipp’s solutions across promotions, loyalty, offers and rebates
• Identify whitespace opportunities across brands, business units, retailers, and agency partners
• Reactivate inactive or previously churned accounts when opportunities arise
Client Relationship Leadership
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with brand, shopper, CRM, digital, retail activation, and consumer engagement leaders
• Engage clients in thought leadership: best practices, new capabilities, benchmarks
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
• Work closely with Delivery to review performance, uncover insights, and pinpoint expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement on messaging, proposals, narratives, and positioning
• Partner with Sales Ops to maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting
Deal Ownership
• Lead complex deal negotiations, multi-program contracts, and multi-year engagements
• Ensure renewals occur proactively and are expanded wherever possible
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10+ years of enterprise sales, account growth, or strategic account management in SaaS, Martech, AdTech, Loyalty, Promotions, CRM, or Digital Services (title will depend on experience)
• Proven track record driving expansion revenue within large, matrix organizations
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise ecosystems and multi-brand portfolios
• Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to think strategically
• Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and senior-level communication skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, operations, and data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience selling into CPG, Retail, QSR, Beverage & Commercial Trades
• Experience with loyalty, digital offers and promotions
• Familiarity with performance analytics and data-driven marketing solutions
