Part-Time Elementary Spanish Teacher Winnetka, IL | 3 Days/Week Caseload

Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with a respected school district in Winnetka, IL to hire a dedicated and experienced Spanish Teacher for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. This is a part-time, onsite opportunity working with elementary students. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, instructional expertise, and a passion for language education. Position Details: • Schedule: 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday preferred) • Hours: 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM, including a 15-minute planning period • Start Date: August 27, 2025 • End Date: June 12, 2026 • Caseload: Elementary School – general Spanish instruction • Type: Onsite, Part-Time Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and age-appropriate Spanish instruction to elementary students • Integrate Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling (TPRS) methodology (preferred) • Prepare lesson plans and assess student progress • Support a positive and inclusive classroom environment • Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administration • Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum goals Requirements: • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) • Endorsements in Spanish and Elementary Education • Three or more years of classroom teaching experience strongly preferred • Experience or familiarity with TPRS methodology preferred Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
