About the Role

The NIL / Athlete Strategy Intern supports Miles Ahead Sports Marketing’s Athlete-Founder OS, helping student-athletes build durable brands and transferable skills. This role is ideal for candidates interested in athlete development, NIL education, and long-term value creation.
This is a part-time, unpaid internship with flexible hours, structured to provide hands-on experience through athlete research, educational content, and real client support.
Responsibilities
• Conduct athlete research and brand audits
• Support NIL workshops and educational materials
• Assist with playbooks, decks, and worksheets
• Track athlete outcomes and engagement
Qualifications
• Demonstrated initiative in athletics, mentoring, or leadership environments
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion
• High learning velocity and ownership mindset
• Experience in athletics preferred, but not required
