Remote RN Clinical Data Analyst / Chart Review Nurse Location: Remote (Candidates must not reside in Pacific Time Zone) Contract Details: • Duration: 6+ months (annual renewal likely) • Start Date: Training begins January 26 or February 2 • Training Schedule: 8 weeks, Monday?Friday, 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM EST • Go-Live Schedule Options (choose one): • * 5 days/week ? 8 hours/day • 4 days/week ? 10 hours/day • 3 days/week ? 12 hours/day (36 hours total) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong bedside clinical expertise to join our team as a Clinical Data Analyst. In this role, you will leverage your clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to review electronic medical records (EMR), extract key data points, and synthesize complex information into actionable insights for providers. This is a remote, non-bedside position ideal for nurses who want to apply their clinical knowledge in a data-driven environment. Minimum Qualifications: • Active RN license • 2?3 years of recent bedside experience in adult acute care settings (ICU, ER, ED, cardiology, oncology, pulmonology) • No pediatric or maternity-only experience • Strong pharmacology knowledge across multiple body systems • High attention to detail and accuracy (95% production accuracy required) • Ability to work independently and commit to rigorous training Preferred Skills: • Experience with EMR systems • Background in clinical documentation, risk adjustment, or HEDIS • Strong analytical and investigative mindset Core Responsibilities: • Review patient EMRs to extract comprehensive clinical data • Identify and document key indicators (labs, specialist notes, provider documentation) • Apply clinical judgment to create a complete and accurate clinical picture • Document findings in proprietary software with exceptional accuracy • Maintain a proactive, research-driven approach during training and production Work Style & Training Expectations: • Intensive 8-week training program (first 2 weeks = ?boot camp?) • Requires intellectual independence and proactive learning • Transition to independent chart review by Week 3 • Expect challenging, detail-oriented work that is highly rewarding By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
