About the Role (Non-Clinical)
Hannah’s Gift ABA is seeking a BCBA or Lead RBT with extensive, hands-on administrative experience in CentralReach. This is a non-clinical role focused entirely on owning and managing CentralReach operations—not providing therapy or supervising cases clinically.
If you have been the CentralReach power user, system owner, or internal go-to person for scheduling, authorizations, EVV, documentation workflows, and case setup, this role is built for you.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have real, day-to-day experience administering CentralReach in an ABA setting.
What You’ll Do (CentralReach Administration Only)CentralReach System Ownership
• Own end-to-end CentralReach workflows from intake through discharge.
• Ensure each client is correctly built in CR with the proper providers, schedules, authorizations, and documentation links.
• Maintain system accuracy across clients, clinicians, and payors.
Scheduling & Authorizations
• Build and maintain clinician and client schedules in CentralReach.
• Prevent double-bookings, gaps, and authorization mismatches.
• Enter, track, and monitor payor authorizations and units.
• Proactively flag under-utilization or over-utilization before billing issues occur.
Documentation & Workflow Management
• Maintain and improve CR templates for treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports.
• Support BCBAs and RBTs with documentation troubleshooting (system-side only).
• Keep workflows clean, consistent, and efficient.
EVV & Compliance
• Configure and support EVV workflows within CentralReach and CR Mobile.
• Monitor EVV exceptions, missing punches, and reason codes.
• Ensure Medicaid visits remain compliant and billable.
• Experience with Sandata, Tellus, or similar EVV integrations is a strong plus.
Optimization & Reporting
• Customize views, fields, and basic reports for leadership, billing, and operations.
• Identify broken workflows, recurring errors, or system inefficiencies and fix them.
• Act as the internal CentralReach operations expert.
Who You AreRequired Background
• BCBA with strong administrative and systems experience in CentralReach OR
• Lead / Senior RBT who has owned CentralReach administrative workflows (not just session logging).
Required Experience
• Extensive, hands-on experience administering CentralReach, including:
• Scheduling
• Authorizations
• EVV setup and troubleshooting
• Documentation workflows
• Case setup and maintenance
• High attention to detail across large volumes of data.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Candidates without real CentralReach administrative ownership experience will not be considered.
