Job Description We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented graphic designer to create a small set of digital ad and landing page assets for a campaign targeting caregivers. This project is ideal for a mid-level designer who understands paid social creative, responsive design, and platform-specific best practices. Deliverables You will design the following assets: 1 Meta ad creative (Facebook and Instagram feed) 1 HubSpot landing page hero banner (responsive, high-resolution) 2 Pinterest pins (different creative variations) All assets should feel visually cohesive and be delivered in final, platform-ready formats. Creative Requirements HubSpot Hero Banner Responsive design using a single high-resolution background image Desktop display approximately 1200x400 to 1600x500 px High-resolution (retina) source image 2400x800 px or larger Primary content must remain in a center safe zone JPEG or PNG (SVG for logos if needed) Meta Ad Creative Primary format 4:5 vertical (1080x1350 px) Secondary option 1:1 square (1080x1080 px) High-resolution design preferred (2x resolution) JPEG or PNG Pinterest Pins Vertical format 2:3 ratio 1000x1500 px (1x) or 2000x3000 px (2x recommended) Two distinct design variations (layout, imagery, or visual emphasis) Clear headline text overlays optimized for feed visibility What We Will Provide Creative brief and messaging guidance Brand direction (fonts, colors, tone) Copy for ads and pins (copy will be provided) Feedback within 24 to 48 hours Budget $150 to $250 total for all deliverables Seeking a mid-level designer, not entry-level and not agency or brand studio tier.
