We work with direct primary care (DPC), concierge, and family medicine clinics that need clear, accurate, patient-safe written content. This could be blog posts, newsletters, etc.
Responsibilities
- Write blogs on primary care, prevention, and patient education
Draft monthly newsletters for clinic patients
- Edit provider-written content for clarity and clinical accuracy
- Repurpose long-form content into short posts or email snippets
- Maintain consistent tone and adherence to healthcare communication standards
Required Experience
- Writing for primary care clinics
- Ability to simplify topics without losing accuracy
- Strong command of U.S. English and health literacy principles
- Clean, precise editing skills
We are an agency looking to contract a number of freelancers for ad hoc work depending on client load.
In our agency, direct client communications will be handled via the Account Managers, with AI notes & recordings, and summaries to be shared and discussed with the designer/freelancer.
