[Remote] Associate Attorney- Civil Litigation

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful litigation work within a reputable, flexible, and supportive environment-all while working remotely. Responsibilities • Handle a range of civil litigation matters, including trials, hearings, and depositions • Perform detailed legal research and develop well-supported legal strategies • Draft and revise pleadings, motions, and discovery • Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses to prepare cases • Provide clear, practical counsel on case strategy and legal options Skills • J.D. from an accredited law school • Active California Bar license • 2-5 years of civil litigation experience • Demonstrated success handling litigation matters • Strong understanding of California civil litigation procedures • Ability to assess complex legal issues and craft effective arguments • Solid writing, research, and courtroom skills • Strong organizational habits and ability to manage multiple deadlines • Comfort working both independently and within a collaborative team environment Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Life and disability coverage • PTO Company Overview • gpac is a staffing and recruiting company that provides talent recruitment and development services.
