Locker Attendant (Male) - Full-time

About the position The Locker Attendant at Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the men's locker room, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms. This role enhances the guest experience by fostering a calm and relaxing atmosphere while ensuring that all amenities are well-stocked and organized. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities • Clean and sanitize guest lockers, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms. • Distribute linens and maintain toiletries in locker room vanities. • Host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation for guests. • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the Men's Locker Room. • Provide excellent customer service to meet guest experience standards. Requirements • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. • Ability to lift, pull, push, and drag moderate weight. • Excellent teamwork and ability to work well unsupervised. • Attention to detail for cleanliness and sanitation. • Flexible and adaptable to assume a variety of responsibilities during a shift.
