Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, professional, and personalized support to our customers across multiple channels, including Zendesk, email, chat, and Telegram, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and efficiency.

  • Conduct comprehensive and regular QA reviews of customer support interactions to guarantee consistency, accuracy, and adherence to the highest service standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with our team to enhance chatbot workflows, content, and overall performance, leveraging your expertise to optimize the chatbot experience and ensure it meets the evolving needs of our users.

  • Assist in the documentation of support processes and best practices, contributing to the development of a robust knowledge base that fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.

  • Experience in QA for customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.

  • Knowledge of chatbot systems, including setup, optimization, and bot training, with the capability to analyze performance data and implement improvements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries.
