Project Details and Requirements

We're currently seeking Mod Contractors to join our team for an upcoming project. The project hours are flexible, with a schedule that includes:

• Monday – Friday: 10 am – 12 pm

The hourly rate for this project will be discussed during the interview phase. We're looking for individuals who can commit to a minimum of 90 days, with a requirement of 10 hours per week. Orientation for this project is set to begin on September 8, 2025, and proficiency in English is a must.

What We're Looking for in a Candidate

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong knowledge of firearms, including handguns and rifles. Gun ownership is a plus, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are reliable, interested in a long-term commitment to the project, and can quickly pick up and follow established processes. You should be a strong researcher, able to locate workflows and information in a knowledge base with ease, and comfortable with multitasking across multiple platforms, including phones, chats, tickets, and Amazon.

• Strong knowledge of firearms, including handguns and rifles (gun ownership a plus)
• Reliable and interested in a long-term commitment to the project
• Able to quickly pick up and follow established processes
• Strong researcher, able to locate workflows and information in a knowledge base with ease
• Able to multitask across multiple platforms, including phones, chats, tickets, and Amazon
• Comfortable with direct, daily client interactions and feedback
• Organized, dependable, and able to learn and adapt to multiple workflows
• Experience with Zendesk (ZD) and DialPad (a plus, but not required)

To work as a Mod Contractor for blithequark, you'll need to have a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above, a quality headset, and be willing to install our security software and 2FA app on your phone. These requirements are essential to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' data and systems.
