**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative – E-Commerce Wholesale Operations, you'll be responsible for managing and processing online wholesale orders, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and processing online wholesale orders in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels

* Utilizing knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping options

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an e-commerce environment
