Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences, and we are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks efficiently • Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences • Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers in a clear and concise manner • Escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams to ensure prompt resolution • Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling **Standard Qualifications** We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual who possesses the following qualities: • Must be 18 years of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Basic understanding of Windows operating system • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation • Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage • Strong team orientation and customer focus • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers **Conditions** All Remote Customer Service Representatives at blithequark must: • Be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Be willing to submit to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint (subject to the program and location of the position) • Be willing to submit to drug screening (job offers are contingent on background/security investigation and drug screening results) **Physical Requirements** This role operates in a professional office environment, and the employee will be largely sedentary, sitting/standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
