- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory, ensuring that you stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
- One or more years of work experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible schedule that includes four weeks' notice of your roster.
- Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods such as summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a commission-based environment, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, and a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
