Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
