**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Contact Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing patient information and support program services through inbound and outbound contacts, including calls, live chat, and email.
* Managing and responding to inquiries using telephony and virtual platforms, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of patient challenges.
* Delivering product messages and educational materials to enhance the patient experience, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.

**Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Contact Center Representative, you'll need:
* A High School diploma; one or two years of advanced education or a college degree preferred.
* A minimum of one year of inbound contact center experience utilizing a telephony platform required.
* Customer service experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment strongly preferred, demonstrating a deep understanding of patient needs and industry regulations.
* Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
