About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Agent to join our team in Brentwood, TN. This is an on-site, in-office position that offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Offer quick and accurate assistance to customers via live chat, addressing website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Live Chat Manager when appropriate
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promote interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieve established standards of the position
- Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
Essential Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in either a call center or customer service environment
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Work cooperatively with others
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
- Ability to compose professional emails
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI (Artificial Intelligence) chatbots
- Strong attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
- Process improvement mindset with a humble and "get it done" attitude
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in the English language
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
