Join Our Customer Support Team
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Support team as an Email Chat Support representative. In this hourly, full-time role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues through email and chat platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
- Utilize available resources to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues by identifying the cause and offering appropriate solutions or alternatives, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, capturing relevant details into the CRM system to ensure that we can continue to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating a ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates.
- Meet personal and team performance goals and customer satisfaction targets, contributing to the success of our Customer Support team.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service delivery, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
Essential Qualifications
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in an email or chat-based role, with a track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in using email and chat platforms, as well as CRM tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and stay composed under pressure, demonstrating a commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work independently in an offsite setting, maintaining productivity and discipline, with the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule if required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the home care industry, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our clients and their families.
- Experience with CRM systems and other customer support software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
