Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our remote customer care team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class service experiences to our customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing personalized support to ensure their overall wellness. Key Responsibilities

  • Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach to customer service.
  • Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary, ensuring that customers receive comprehensive support and guidance.
  • Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our services and policies.
  • Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.blithequark.com, ensuring that they can easily access and utilize our online resources and services.
  • Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust, and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship, providing personalized support, and educating customers on our products and services.
  • Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to blithequark's Work From Home policy, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and adaptability to new systems and software.
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), able to articulate complex information in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner.
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center, demonstrating an understanding of customer service principles, practices, and metrics.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of healthcare concepts, terminology, and regulations.
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently, think critically, and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
