Contract: 6–12 months (potential to convert to direct-hire)
Setting: Not for profit health plan / managed care environment
We’re seeking a
Remote Population Health Analyst to support reporting, analytics, predictive modeling, and quality-measure performance across key clinical and operational programs. This role is ideal for an analytical problem-solver who enjoys working with data to improve outcomes, performance, and provider engagement. What You’ll Do
• Produce reporting and analytics for provider profiling, performance targets, quality measures, intervention outcomes, and alternative payment models
• Support monthly maintenance, validation, updates, and reporting for the CareAnalyzer® predictive modeling tool
• Build and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Perform full-cycle data analysis: acquisition, management, validation, interpretation, and presentation of results
• Develop and implement advanced analytics and data-mining methods
• Provide analytic support for the Integrated Care for Kids (InCK) Model and other value-based payment initiatives
• Collaborate with Population Health, Clinical, Provider Relations, and IT teams to improve provider-facing tools and reporting
• Deliver performance insights across medical management, care management, disease management, member outreach, provider quality, and utilization
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in health informatics, medical economics, healthcare finance, actuarial/underwriting, or similar health-plan analytics work
• Familiarity with CareAnalyzer®, HEDIS measures, and quality-performance reporting
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Qlik, and strong Excel/Access skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for clinical and operational teams
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort working in cross-functional settings

Pay: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour
