Prompt Engineer – AI Image & UGC Video Generation for Ongoing Work
We’re hiring an experienced Prompt Engineer to help us build a repeatable, production-ready prompt system for AI image and video tools (think realistic TikTok/UGC style, not generic stock).
Your first mission: create a master prompt framework that teaches AI to consistently understand how our skincare product goes ON and OFF the face and to generate believable, phone-shot UGC videos that match exact reference frames, lighting, and mask behavior (object permanence, no teleporting masks, no extra text). From there, you’ll help us scale: variants, new storyboards, ad concepts, and shot lists while keeping everything visually on-brand.
You should be able to:
Reverse-engineer why generations fail and fix them with precise, structured prompts.
Write long, detailed prompts that control pose, framing, lighting, continuity, and style.
Work fast from messy feedback (screenshots, Looms, Figma, etc.) and turn it into clear, reusable prompt templates.
Collaborate async; document your prompt systems so others can reuse them.
Nice to have: experience with image/video tools like Midjourney, Runway, Pika, or similar; background in creative direction, VFX, or UGC ad production.
