  • Develop and maintain strong composition, presentation, and communication skills to convey complex quantitative analysis to senior managers

Job Description

As a Business Analysis Supervisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading a team that analyzes data and cycles to gain insights that improve the operations of our global contact center support business. You and your team will strive to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to drive efficiency and build greater experiences for the customer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical skills, a structured scientific approach, a keen eye for business, problem-solving and collaboration abilities, and a remarkable capacity to communicate complex concepts and results clearly.

Key Attributes

  • Ability to inspire individuals, instill accountability, and achieve results through the mentoring of individual contributors
  • Refined ability to work at a detailed level with technical individual contributors while also being able to articulate unique concepts to executive management
  • Capacity to be a subject matter expert on performance metrics and supporting data to identify potential opportunities and set boundaries
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills to communicate with all levels of support service
  • A strong sense of curiosity that drives you to pose inquiring questions and challenge legacy processes — all in the pursuit of improving our blithequark business

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • BA/BS in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or a related field
  • MBA/MS or higher is a plus
  • 3+ years of data analysis experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SQL and Tableau
  • Undeniable level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Python is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of blithequark's products are also desired
