Sales Virtual Assistant (Either Full-Time or Part-Time)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Virtual Assistant to support our sales team with lead generation, client communication, CRM management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience using digital sales tools to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
The job is for young people eager to learn and with little experience.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Research and identify potential clients through online platforms (LinkedIn, CRM databases, etc.)
CRM Management : Update, organize, and maintain leads, deals, and contact information in the CRM system
Client Outreach : Send follow-up emails, messages, and proposals to prospective customers
Pipeline Support : Monitor and track progress of sales opportunities; assist with reporting and analytics
Sales Reporting : Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
Requirement
• Written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills (BILINGUAL MANDATORY)
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and communication apps
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
