SEO Manager - Content Lead - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote SEO Manager/Content Lead. This position will require a mixture of leadership expertise, strategic vision, and tactical execution. In addition to traditional SEO responsibilities, the Manager will be expected to pioneer our client's vision and strategy for their SEO strategy as it pertains to content and AI. Prior experience in similar roles is an absolute must. Summary: We're seeking an experienced SEO Marketing Manager to drive global content marketing and organic growth. In this role, you'll own the international content roadmap for articles, videos, and emerging formats, optimize existing assets, lead content promotion and distribution, and deliver performance reporting tied to business objectives. You'll collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science to scale SEO impact across regions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute global and local SEO content strategies, coordinating with multilingual teams (German, French, Japanese, Italian, Spanish) • Create and optimize content across formats: articles, videos, interactive media, webinars, and UGC • Oversee workflows for efficient, high-quality content production aligned with SEO best practices • Drive content distribution partnerships and organic amplification • Report on performance using analytics tools and present insights to stakeholders REQUIREMENTS: • 8+ years of experience in SEO strategy, including 1+ year in-house enterprise SEO • Expertise in content marketing roadmap creation, keyword research, and ROI measurement • Strong international SEO skills (hreflang, localization) • Proficiency with CMS (3+ years), technical SEO, HTML/CSS, and SEO tools (GSC, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) • Advanced reporting skills using GA, Looker, Tableau, Excel • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; self-starter mindset • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position Preferred: • B2B SEO experience; familiarity with fintech, payments, SaaS • Multilingual literacy; experience with Contentful CMS, UX/design, SQL, and telemetry The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
