Role Overview: Consultative Sales & Enrollment As a Remote Consultative Sales Specialist, you will lead structured discovery conversations with warm, pre-qualified leads and guide aligned individuals through our enrollment process. This is a remote, independent-style, performance-based role—not a traditional salaried position and not a high-pressure sales environment. Key Responsibilities • Conduct remote discovery and enrollment calls with qualified leads • Use a needs-based, consultative sales approach • Assess goals, challenges, and readiness for change • Clearly communicate program structure, expectations, and pathways • Support prospects through thoughtful decision-making • Maintain accurate call notes using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Utilize AI-assisted tools for follow-up and workflow management • Manage your schedule and pipeline independently Qualifications & Experience · 2–5+ years in one or more of the following are assets: Consultative sales, High-ticket closing, Coaching or program enrollment, Admissions advising, Client success or account management • Strong communication, listening, and rapport-building skills • Ability to guide decision-making with clarity and integrity • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Familiarity with personal development, education, or coaching industries (asset) • Self-directed, organized, and professional What We Offer • Fully remote work environment • Flexible scheduling and workflow autonomy • Independent-style role aligned with work-life balance • Purpose-driven work supporting career and personal transformation • Access to training, leadership development, and modern tools • Collaborative, mission-aligned culture Please note: this is not a salaried W-2 role nor a 1099 contractor position.
