Remote Property Manager for Short-Term Rentals (Airbnb / VRBO)

We are looking for a skilled Remote Property Manager to oversee short-term rental operations across platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. This role involves managing daily operations, optimizing pricing, maintaining calendars, communicating with guests, and ensuring smooth coordination of the entire hosting process. If you have hands-on experience managing short-term rentals and enjoy working independently with a high level of professionalism, we’d like to hear from you. Responsibilities Manage listings, calendars, reservations, and guest messaging Oversee daily operations for short-term rentals Adjust pricing and optimize occupancy Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and vendor schedules Ensure high guest satisfaction and smooth operational workflows Monitor performance and suggest improvements Requirements We’re looking for individuals who: Have direct experience managing short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.) Understand pricing strategies, calendar and booking management, guest communication, and operational workflows Have experience using tools such as Guesty, Smoobu, Hostaway, or similar (preferred but not required) Are familiar with international short-term rental regulations and industry best practices Communicate professionally and demonstrate strong attention to detail Preferred Locations: Europe North America Central America South America (Candidates from other regions may also apply if they have relevant experience and overlap in working hours.)
