About the Role: Alignable Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Documentation Specialist to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining digital records, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility across departments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, values precision, and enjoys supporting operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Create, edit, format, and organize digital documents for company use. • Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and ensure version control. • Convert physical documents into secure digital formats when needed. • Verify data integrity, consistency, and compliance with company standards. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely document updates and approvals. • Support onboarding and recordkeeping processes within assigned departments. • Implement best practices for document management and data security. Qualifications: • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Information Management, or related field). • Proven experience in documentation, data entry, or administrative support. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and document management software. • Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines. • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
