Workforce Data Quality & Reporting Analyst
Description:
We are seeking a Workforce Data Quality & Reporting Analyst to support Oracle HCM retrofit efforts, workforce data needs assessments, and data governance activities. This role focuses on capturing business requirements, validating and testing data, and ensuring the accuracy of workforce reporting and metric calculations.
Location Address: Remote/onsite/hybrid: 100% REMOTE in the USA
Requirements:
Duration of project: 6+ months
Strong analytical and math skills, attention to detail, and experience with data validation are essential. With Collibra, Oracle HCM, and Tableau is a plus.
Key responsibilities include querying databases using SQL, data analysis, identifying data quality issues, documenting reporting logic and data definitions, and supporting ad-hoc reporting and new report development as needed. The analyst will collaborate with business partners to define key workforce metrics and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
