Legal expert needed for Privacy Policy, T&C, Data Deletion & GDPR/DPO compliance for Meta app
I’m looking for an experienced privacy/technology lawyer or legal writer to prepare all required legal documents for an app that uses Meta Login and must comply with Meta App Developer requirements. This includes creating a comprehensive Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions that clearly explain user authentication, data collection, usage, retention, and sharing practices. I also need a dedicated User Data Deletion Instructions document that meets Meta’s standards and provides users with a clear process for requesting removal of their information.
Additionally, the project requires guidance on GDPR compliance, specifically whether my business must designate a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and how to properly present DPO or data-processing contact information in our Privacy Policy. Experience with Meta’s app verification process, GDPR, and similar privacy regulations is strongly preferred.
You must integrate this new meta privacy and terms inside existing website Terms.
