[Remote] Data Integrity Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Liberty Company is a rapidly growing insurance brokerage focused on culture and collaboration. They are seeking a Data Integrity Specialist responsible for supporting agency management system quality assurance, data integrity, and data conversions, while also managing tasks and communicating with team members to resolve issues.
Responsibilities
• Work with multiple Agency Management Systems including AMS360, ImageRight and Epic.
• Assist with Employee and Department Audits upon request.
• Produce data quality reports for management team upon request.
• Obtain thorough understanding of Liberty Reporting methods and manage Internal Agency reporting dashboards.
• Investigate reports of errors or issues with the data and provide a resolution plan.
• Coordinate and execute data audits, assessments, and remediation plans to identify and resolve data issues and gaps.
• Collaborate with data owners, users, and consumers to understand their data needs and expectations.
• Ownership of Employee Commission Data and operational workflows.
• Review and become familiar with current Corporate operational workflows.
• Participate with management and other employees on special projects and other duties as required.
• Thorough and proactive project tracking – risk, issue, escalation, and milestone management.
• Assist Conversion Data Mapping and Validation with Excel reports.
• Support post-conversion clean-up projects through to completion.
Skills
• 3-5 years in customer service or underwriting role at insurance agency.
• Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360 or similar systems.
• Experience defining and documenting procedures and workflows.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is absolutely required, as well as a track record of reliability, confidentiality, and conscientious work habits.
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new software and programs, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement in technical skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to organize and prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects at once.
• Ability to interpret data and relate to insurance terms.
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment with deadline pressures.
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and execute the plan of action.
• Demonstrated ability in cultivating positive relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors.
