Hiring Full-Time AI Systems Developer (Monthly Pay + Commission per Project) - Contract to Hire
I’m looking for a skilled AI developer who can build a wide variety of AI systems, some simple, others more advanced. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a monthly salary plus commission for every project completed.
We’re building solutions such as:
- AI receptionists & virtual agents
- Custom AI personas with personality, memory, and behavior design
- Automated dashboards & reporting systems
- Workflow automation (Make, Retell, Zapier, etc.)
- HIPAA-compliant communication systems
- Lead-generation and appointment-setting pipelines
- Voice agents, chat agents, and multi-channel support systems
- Business tools that integrate with CRMs, calendars, payment systems, and APIs
We are looking for someone who:
- Delivers high-quality, clean, reliable work
- Understands prompt engineering + system design
- Can build AI personas that feel natural and human
- Knows how to integrate tools together into complete workflows
- Communicates clearly and meets deadlines
- Can troubleshoot, optimize, and improve systems over time
- Wants to grow with us long-term
