Startup Operations Manager – Part-Time (Remote)

About Us TheFutureSociety LLC is a fast-growing spiritual media and membership platform helping people deepen their intuition, expand their awareness, and navigate their awakening with clarity. We operate GreatAwakener.com and The Tarot Ship w/ Jimmy, reaching a global audience of more than 270K subscribers with weekly livestream classes, astrology and tarot forecasts, and premium spiritual guidance. We’re also expanding into new digital products and intuitive tools, including MAX: Your Virtual Oracle Gateway, our AI-powered astrology engine. As we scale quickly, we’re looking for strong operational support so the Founder can stay focused on content creation, community leadership, and creative development. Role Overview We’re looking for an Operations Manager who can run the day-to-day operations, coordinate our team, and keep projects moving smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing people and workflows in a creative, fast-moving digital environment. What You’ll Do - Manage daily operations across content, livestreams, scheduling, and launches - Keep the small (yet mighty!) team aligned: editorial, research, support, dev, etc - Oversee classes and collaborations - Track weekly KPIs (growth, churn, engagement) and surface issues early - Support onboarding for new instructors and partnerships - Maintain simple systems and documentation that make the business run smoothly - Free up the Founder by handling follow-ups, communication, and project oversight Who You Are - Strong operations or project management experience (startup, media, digital, or corporate all fine) - Highly organized, proactive and reliable - Strong communicator — clear, concise, professional - Comfortable learning new tools and adapting quickly - Great at keeping multiple moving parts on track without micromanagement - Enjoy working with creatives and supporting a growing online community Compensation - ~25 hours per week (approx. 5 hours/day; flexible) - $5,000/month retainer - Long-term role with room to grow How to Apply Please submit: 1.
