Pimento Jamaican Grill – Jacksonville, NC Full-Time | Part-Time | On-Site About Pimento Pimento is a new fast-casual Jamaican restaurant launching its flagship location in Jacksonville, NC. Built around bold flavor, speed, and an unforgettable customer experience, Pimento is on track to open multiple locations within the next 3 years. We’re building a movement , and we want a creator who can capture that journey from the ground up. Role Overview We’re looking for a highly creative, self-driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager who can help build the digital identity of Pimento across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. This role will document the behind-the-scenes journey of building a restaurant brand from scratch while helping us grow an engaged, loyal community. If you love storytelling, trending content, and creating viral moments — this role is for you. Responsibilities • Film, edit, and produce short-form and long-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube). • Document behind-the-scenes moments of building Pimento with the owner. • Develop content ideas, weekly posting schedules, and growth strategies. • Manage all social media platforms and respond to comments/messages. • Capture photos and videos of menu development, construction phases, and events. • Analyze analytics and adjust strategy to increase reach and engagement. • Represent the brand’s voice, style, and vibe across all platforms. Qualifications • Strong experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, or similar platforms. • Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe, etc.). • Ability to film creative, engaging, and aesthetic content. • Strong understanding of trends, hooks, storytelling, and virality. • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently. • Bonus: Experience creating content for food, fitness, lifestyle, or small businesses.
