Junior Revenue Manager for Airbnb Investing Program
We are hiring a full time Junior Revenue Manager to support the revenue engine behind one of the fastest growing Airbnb investing programs in the US. You will manage pricing strategy for real short term rental properties, receive structured training from senior revenue managers, and work with high quality investor clients.
This is a data driven role. You will analyze comps, demand patterns, pacing, and performance metrics to set rates, adjust minimum night stays, build reports, and improve revenue KPIs. You will learn advanced STR pricing techniques and become fully responsible for your own property portfolio.
We want analytical thinkers who can defend decisions with logic, learn fast, and operate independently. If you are strong in spreadsheets, enjoy data, and want a long term career in revenue management inside the STR industry, this role is built for you.
Full time, remote, flexible schedule, weekly team meetings. Compensation is $1,200 USD per month + bonus with growth as the service line expands.
