Position: AI Automation Specialist (Part time) Location: Remote (LATAM) Type: Part-time / Contractor (4 HOURS PER DAY) Our client combines creative thinking, technology, and AI-driven workflows to deliver projects with speed and precision. This position is being recruited by Scalia, a Global People Operations Agency, on behalf this client. Role Overview Our client is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and implement AI agents and workflow automations. The ideal candidate is hands‑on with AI tools, skilled at integrating them into business processes, and experienced in building smart workflows within platforms like Tasks Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and deploy AI agents to support internal and client projects. • Automate workflows in and integrate with other SaaS tools such as Microsoft 365, Slack, and similar platforms. • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes using AI and automation. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand operational needs and deliver solutions. • Document processes, provide training, and ensure adoption of AI solutions and workflows. • Automate core project management functions, including scheduling, project cost estimating, budget tracking, change order management, and resource allocation. • Streamline document control, RFI/submittal tracking, meeting minutes, and project reporting through AI‑driven workflows. Requirements • Proven experience with AI agent creation (e.g., OpenAI, Lang Chain, RAG, or similar). • Strong knowledge of workflow automation (ideally , Zapier, Make, or similar). • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows between platforms. • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into tech solutions. • Strong ability to explain complex systems in simple terms. • (Nice to have) Previous experience in startups or consulting environments.
