System Integration Consultant /Workday HCM / payroll system/

Due to rapid growth and subsequent expansion, we are looking for a System Integration Consultant to help drive Workday HCM & payroll system integration in our payroll outsourcing projects.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM and payroll system integrations as part of client project implementations
• Utilize technical expertise to design, build, test, and deploy integrations with Links' HR products
• Facilitate design workshops with project teams, development teams, application teams, and clients' HR users to ensure alignment on integration requirements
• Develop detailed integration design documentation and obtain client sign-off
• Build a variety of integrations, including standard connectors, Workday Core Connectors, EIBs, and advanced Workday Studio integrations
• Prepare test data for System Integration Testing (SIT) and end-to-end testing, coordinate with downstream and upstream application owners, and manage the testing process through to completion
• Deploy integrations into the production environment, conduct smoke testing, and support any integration issues as part of ongoing operations
• Engage directly with clients, respond to inquiries, and drive project delivery to successful completion
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven track record of HCM and payroll system integrations is a MUST
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration across systems such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, and PeopleSoft
• Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, API design, and microservices architecture
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage
