Innovaccer is seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager to lead the development of their new AI powered Appeals Automation and Claims Management product. The role involves building an AI native product that enhances billing practices for healthcare providers, requiring expertise in denials management and modern healthcare IT systems. Responsibilities • Create, maintain and execute detailed product roadmaps that prioritize high-impact initiatives • Leverage back office RCM expertise to design impactful product features • Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and clinical teams to translate business and user needs into scalable product solutions • Work with customers, RCM operations teams, and sales to gather feedback, validate product-market fit, and ensure successful adoption • Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to support product positioning, value propositions, and enablement • Define key product KPIs and track product performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement • Facilitate customer-facing initiatives, including workshops and executive briefings, to showcase product capabilities and roadmap alignment Skills • 3-5 years of product management experience in healthcare technology • 3+ years of billing, denials and appeals management - product or operations experience • Subject matter expertise of billing, denial and appeals content and processes • Familiarity with data models, workflows of Epic, Cerner and other leading EHRs • Demonstrated knowledge of interoperability standards, including HL7, X12 and FHIR • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across engineering, design, operations, sales, and marketing • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment; able to balance long-term vision with near-term execution • Bachelor's degree required • MBA, MS, MHA, or equivalent Benefits • Generous Paid Time Off : Recharge and relax with 22 days of fixed time off per year, in addition to company holidays—because we believe work-life balance fuels performance. • Best-in-Class Parental Leave : Spend quality time with your growing family.
