• Nebula-NLU: Personalized storytelling for families (targeting grandparents/retirement communities)
• Disclosure-NLU: Legal document search for attorneys and law firms
• Lingua-NLU: Professional language exchange for business development
Current Status: Nebula-NLU Version 1 is live and ready for sales. Need experienced sales professional to drive customer acquisition.
What You'll Sell & To Whom
Primary Targets:
• Retirement Communities: Sell family engagement platform to corporate headquarters and individual facilities
• Law Firms: Sell document discovery platform to attorneys and legal practices
• Digital/Social Media: Direct consumer acquisition through online channels
Your Mission: Get customers using our platforms and paying subscription fees.
What Success Looks Like
6 Months: 400+ customers for Nebula (family storytelling platform) 6 Months: $790K quarterly revenue across all platforms
12 Months: $2.3 quarterly revenue + build sales team
Translation: We need someone who can find customers, close deals, and hit revenue targets.
What You'll Do Daily
Find Customers:
• Contact retirement community corporate offices and facility managers
• Reach out to attorneys and law firm decision-makers
• Run social media campaigns targeting families and grandparents
Close Deals:
• Demo our platforms to potential customers
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing
• Manage sales pipeline and follow-up processes
Build Partnerships:
• Develop relationships with industry partners who can refer customers
• Create referral programs and channel partnerships
What You Need
Required:
• 5+ years B2B sales experience with track record of hitting quotas
• Experience selling to businesses (not just consumers)
• Comfortable with phone calls, video demos, and relationship building
• Understanding of subscription/recurring revenue sales
Preferred:
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, legal, or technology sectors
• Existing relationships in retirement services or legal industries
• Social media marketing experience
Personality:
• Self-motivated (this is early-stage, you'll work independently)
• Comfortable with startup uncertainty and commission-based structure
• Excited about AI technology applications
Compensation Structure
Pure Sales Commission Model - Higher than industry standard:
• Premium commission rates significantly above typical 5-10% industry standards
• Immediate commission payments on closed deals and monthly subscriptions
• Equity upside - Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs) when we raise funding or sell
• Performance bonuses for hitting quarterly and annual targets
