Position: General Liability / Professional Liability Attorney
Experience Level: 2 to 8 years (4–8 preferred)
Location: Northern California (fully remote)
Bar: Must be barred in California
Base Salary: Around $165,000 plus bonus potential

⚖️ What You Will Do
• Handle all phases of general liability litigation including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation
• Appear in court for motions, hearings, and mediations as needed
• Draft and review legal documents, reports, and client communications
• Manage your caseload independently while collaborating with senior attorneys
• Develop litigation strategies and maintain high-quality client service standards
✅ What You Will Need
• Active California Bar license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general liability or professional liability litigation (4–8 preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a remote setting
• Confident courtroom presence and solid understanding of California civil procedure
Compensation and Growth
• Base salary around $165,000 depending on experience
