Director, (Technical) Partner Enablement
About the position
Responsibilities
• Oversee the Partner Enablement team, managing new implementation partners and supporting successful delivery of their projects.
• Lead or assist partners in design sessions, review and ratify solution designs, and provide proactive support during solution builds.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards across all partner deliverables.
• Monitor partner performance and growth through onboarding calls, monthly status updates, and support ticket reviews.
• Act as primary liaison for GSI and Public Sector partners, escalating concerns as necessary.
• Participate in partner-focused events, presentations, and summits to strengthen engagement and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the development and dissemination of knowledge resources, including documentation, knowledge base articles, and community forums.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in Corporate/Enterprise Performance Management (CPM/EPM) solutions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, performance management solutions, and cross-functional project collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience building and scaling global teams, mentoring talent, and fostering collaboration.
• Knowledge of CPM/EPM platforms such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, IBM Cognos, or comparable solutions.
