Job title: Sales Operations Administrator Company: CCINTEGRATION INC Job description: Description: Summary Responsible for working closely with all areas of our organization to help customers worldwide. Sales Operations Administrator is a demanding role that is fast paced, requires attention to detail, proactive behavior, and a professional demeanor. Focuses on building strong relationships with our customers, suppliers, and all internal teams that are critical in helping our customers achieve their quarterly and annual goals. Essential functions • Quote generation, maintaining quotes, coordination and validation of data • Order entry, Order maintenance, coordination with Supply Chain and Sales • Backlog maintenance and Backlog review for assigned Customers • Respond and follow up to specific customer's inquiries • Support sales, management and partners in onboarding customers • Assist Sales by providing information and analysis needed to complete quoting process • Creating and maintaining customers in ERP and internal database • Interact with customers, sales, finance, management, and other internal personnel as required • Demonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers' behalf, anticipating our customers' requirements and communicates efforts in a timely and effective manner • Proactively builds trusting internal and external relationships. Can effectively communicate within all levels with the company, the customer, and vendor • Play the project manager role for sales operations project as needed: BOM management, ECO, Deviations, MCO • Assistance in internal operations issues • Proactively aiding the team when the business requires additional resources Requirements: Preferred education and experience • Experience in similar role (inside sales, customer service) • Familiarity with CRM tools • Experience with at least 1 ERP/MRP system • At least one (1) year of SAP experience, preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables) • Detail oriented, quick learner, good communicator, and takes instructions well • Ambitious, business-minded, organized, proactive individual that can operate independently • Comfortable with technology, open to learning, capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment PM22 PI189481905 Expected salary: Location: Plano, TX Job date: Tue, 23 Aug 2022 06:27:04 GMT Apply for the job now!
