Role Description
This role is responsible for executing essential functions that support the Claims Department.
• Investigate & resolve claims inquiries
• Record information into Claims systems to ensure proper documentation
• Demonstrate an understanding of applicable federal, state, & industry laws & help ensure compliance with regulations
• Respond to inquiries from internal & external customers via various means of communication
• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams & external customers
• Navigate through various Claims systems
• Participate in projects, as assigned
Qualifications
• High School Diploma + 2 years' experience
Requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of industry guidelines
• Knowledge of state & federal insurance claim regulations
• Effective communication skills
