While this person will be working from home, they will be required to come onsite to Harrisburg, PA to pick up and drop off their equipment at the start and end of the contract period (client will not pay for travel or expense these costs). This person will be responsible for creating a secure external facing web-based application, internal infrastructure and required databases to allow users to enter data.
