About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide expert guidance to meet the comprehensive financial planning needs of individuals and businesses.
• Offer services including retirement planning, insurance and investment services, estate planning, business planning, education funding, and employee benefits.
• Understand clients' goals and visions to develop holistic financial solutions that put clients on a path to financial success.
• Communicate with clients on Northwestern Mutual financial products and financial market trends with the support of the firm's network of financial specialists, training, and mentoring opportunities.
• Build and maintain client bases, keep current client financial plans up-to-date, and build a portfolio of new clients on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with professional networking, sales, and/or lead generation
• Business-minded and entrepreneurial
