Job Description We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an SEO Manager for the Dutch market across iGaming verticals. In this role you will be responsible for scaling our Dutch iGaming presence through SEO, overseeing a high-performing content team, ultimately driving traffic and engagement. Responsibilities Lead and execute the SEO strategy across (crypto) casino, sportsbook, and poker verticals to drive high-converting organic traffic. Manage and mentor a cross-functional content team (writers, editors, freelancers) to deliver SEO-optimized, revenue-driving content. Plan and oversee the production of landing pages, guides, reviews, and similar content aligned with high-value keywords and affiliate goals. Conduct regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits to identify new opportunities. Own the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and strategic prioritisation of updates and new content. Collaborate closely with link-building, product, and design teams to support SEO campaigns and technical improvements. Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, or Semrush, and report on key KPIs (traffic, rankings, FTDs). Ensure technical SEO best practices are applied across all content (indexing, internal linking, schema). Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and adapt strategies to maintain or grow rankings. Optimise workflows, establish content guidelines, and promote a performance-driven content culture.
