Remote - Real Estate & Property Management Operations Coordinator (Contract Role)
We are seeking a highly skilled independent contractor to provide remote administrative, operational, and coordination support for our property management and real estate activities.
The contractor will operate independently, using their own tools and schedule, and will be responsible for completing tasks and deliverables assigned on a project basis.
This is a long-term, remote, independent contractor engagement.
Required Skills
• 5+ years property management or real estate operations experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to manage multiple digital workflows independently
• Strong organizational and document preparation skills
• Ability to overlap with U.S. Pacific Time hours
• High integrity and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
• CA Real Estate license or willingness to acquire it
• Experience with CA landlord-tenant procedures
• Familiarity with Rental and Sales Comps
• Familiarity with property management systems (Rentvine, Google Suite, Zillow, etc.)
• Real estate transaction coordination experience/CAR forms

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25.0 per week
