Senior CPA / Fractional CFO for Multi-Entity E-Commerce & Trading Companies
I am seeking an experienced U.S.-based CPA (individual or boutique firm) with deep expertise in multi-entity e-commerce, cross-border business operations, and marketplace seller compliance to advise on best practices, oversee accounting across several companies, and manage tax preparation for the entire group.
My business ecosystem includes:
Multiple U.S. LLCs and a parent C-Corp
Several trading companies selling online
Multiple e-commerce storefronts (Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, etc.)
Cross-border operations involving Vietnam, Thailand, China, and Hong Kong
A mix of in-house product lines, consignment arrangements, and profit-sharing models
Due to the complexity of these interconnected businesses, I need a strategic CPA who understands both tax compliance and operational risk management in the e-commerce space.
