Personal Assistant/ Social Media/ Marketing/Sales/ Online product knowledge

We are looking for a proactive and thoughtful Personal Assistant to support both the daily operations and growth strategies of My Secret Studio. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, digital marketing know-how, and a genuine interest in beauty or boutique wellness services. The primary goal is to increase visibility, attract aligned clients, and support the studio’s evolution. Admin Support • Basic task organization • Assist with digital filing, and studio logistics • Help maintain services updates and internal forms Social Media & Website • Plan and schedule elegant, brand-aligned Instagram posts and Stories • Monitor engagement and reply to DMs/comments with professionalism • Update WordPress website with blog posts, service info, or seasonal updates • Propose content ideas that reflect the studio’s voice and aesthetic Sales Support & Client Growth • Research opportunities for local brand collaborations and client referrals • Track booking patterns and share insights to support portfolio growth • Create strategic awareness • Build and execute social media strategy • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content ( text, images, video ) • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices. Skills • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels • Positive attitude, detail and organizational ability • Fluency in English • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations • Knowledge of Instagram growth strategies and content planning • Experience with WordPress • Excellent written and verbal communication • Goal-oriented and able to self-manage time and priorities • Confident taking initiative and bringing new ideas forward • Calm, professional energy that aligns with the studio’s tone • Interest in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness is a strong plus This Role is For You If… • You love helping a small brand grow from the inside out • You’re organized, creative, and driven by clear results • You value precision, beauty, and thoughtful communication Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Education: • Associate (Preferred) Language: • English and spanish (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
