Customer Logistics Manager
Job Description:
• Oversee logistics activity across Momofuku’s 3PL network
• Manage and mentor the Customer Logistics Coordinator
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and Planning
• Proactively communicate any potential OOS, shorts, or order changes
• Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, substitutions, and revisions
• Ensure timely transmission and validation of EDI and ASN data
• Partner with 3PLs for dock management and appointment scheduling
• Track and report outbound KPIs
• Identify root causes of late shipments or damages
• Maintain accurate order and shipment data in NetSuite and 3PL portals
• Prepare weekly and monthly outbound performance summaries
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of fulfillment and freight modes (LTL, FTL)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable balancing day-to-day execution with long-term process development
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite preferred) and EDI workflows (SPS)
• Proven track record of improving service levels and reducing fulfillment costs
• Experience in CPG, food, or retail distribution
